Оказывается, смена кодов, о которой так долго говорили большевики, уже произошла. Привет городу 4832 от города 495.
Многие московские номера меняются тоже — видимо, решили приурочить.

привет из Че (лябинска) - от города 351 (ранее 3512), номера тоже поменялись - стали 7-значными - кому то добавили 2, кому-то 7...
